Perhaps we can have a "narky" customer tax?

Being a call-centre model here you'll be amazed how rude some callers can be because they are on the end of a phone.

If we had a £1...no let's make it £25 for every caller (let's match Ryanair here) who's put the phone down...

Nuff said.

Colin: I was one of those rude callers, unfortunately, last night to a well-known laptop manufacturer. :-(

Some people are just generally "narky" but if your frustrated by the companies lack of customer care then you have every right to be so.

I've been very narky with a number of travel companies in the past 10 days!
