Travelocity launches a blog
Well, Travelocity actually launched the blog - called the Window Seat - a few weeks back, but the Sabre-owned company only released details today.
Take a look here.
It's written mainly by Amy Ziff, Travelocity's editor-in-chief.
The blog will apparently offer a "unique fusion" of expert information for travellers.
Take a look and report back...

Very average. Will be interesting to see if they turn off moderation if the people start slagging it off.
Why would I visit the Travelocity blog instead of an independent travel blogger. I suspect it will just end up being a sales pitch for TCY products. Booooring.
Kev, for the 1st time (and probably the last!) I've blogged about something before you guys have picked up on it!
I actually like the blog, providing that it stays personal and not into a blog to promote it's services and holidays..
AVOID TRAVELOCITY AND SAVE MONEY!We booked a round trip with hotel and flight from Chennai to Kuala Lumpur and we had to postpone the travel. To our horror we found that the whole trip was non refundable. AVOID TRAVELOCITY AT ALL COSTS! THIS IS AMERICAN CHICANERY BROUGHT TO INDIA!
Anonymous: .....and your comment relates to the original post in what way?
Travelocity quoted me $882 Long Beach to Boston. got the American Express bill-919 plus 64 in fees. They don't respond to my e-mails except to explain the fees that I did not agree to pay. American Express tells me it is unlikely they will agree-avoid using them!
